Veyronn Tecnologia LTDA is resolutely committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy details how we govern, collect, use, and cryptographically secure your information when using our pentesting consulting services and our AI security platform.
As an offensive cybersecurity organization, we adhere strictly to the principle of least privilege regarding data collection. We operate in full compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), GDPR, and other global data protection standards.
1. Data Collection & Minimization
We collect only the information strictly necessary to perform our security analyses and manage the business relationship. This includes basic corporate contact information, and specific technical metadata required exclusively for authorized penetration testing operations.
We do not collect unnecessary tracking telemetry, and we explicitly reject the hoarding of client operational data.
2. Data Storage & Military-Grade Encryption
We acknowledge that in the course of offensive operations, highly sensitive vulnerability data is generated. We store this data, but we mandate strict cryptographic controls over it.
All stored client data, including scan results, exploit proofs, and intelligence reports, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and encrypted in transit using enforced TLS 1.3. Veyronn operates under a Zero Trust architecture, meaning even internal personnel do not have standing access to client data repositories.
3. Data Usage & Segregation
Your data is used exclusively to provide the requested offensive security services, deliver actionable reports, and maintain platform integrity.
We do not, under any circumstance, sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorized third parties. All client environments within our platform are logically air-gapped and segregated at the tenant level.
4. LGPD Compliance & Your Rights
In alignment with the LGPD, you possess full sovereign rights over your data. You may request data anonymization, explicit deletion, or access to the information we hold about your organization at any time.
