These Terms of Service govern your use of the Veyronn Pentesting Platform and Consulting Services. By accessing our platform, you agree to these legal obligations.
1. Authorization & Scope
The Client grants Veyronn explicit authorization to perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing against the agreed-upon assets. The Client affirms they have the legal right to authorize these actions.
2. Confidentiality
All findings, vulnerability reports, and proprietary methodologies are strictly confidential. Veyronn and the Client are mutually bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
3. Limitation of Liability
While Veyronn uses safe exploitation techniques, offensive security testing carries inherent risks to availability. Veyronn is not liable for indirect damages or business interruptions caused during authorized testing windows.
